If you would like an application for enrolling your student at MABA, you may come to
the office during office hours to obtain one or you can also download the
corresponding application located below, fill it out, and mail it to our address.
When applying please remember the following... IMPORTANT ENROLLMENT NOTES:
All applicants need to apply with the understanding that, while the Academy is
privately owned and operated (by the church), it is first and foremost a Christian
school. As such, the Academy is an extension/outreach ministry of the Madison
Avenue Baptist Church and is non-profit/not-for-profit.

- The current student body receives first opportunity to (re-)enroll for the coming
school year and openings in many of the classes do fill up quickly - so don't
wait too long to apply. Application processing begins in March for the school
year beginning September and there is an application deadline. - Application to MABA requires that the student must:
- First, Submit an application....
- Second, take the student proficiency test for the grade applied. This
test will help determine if a student is proficient in the foundational
strengths of the curriculum for that grade. Prospective student testing
days will be announced later in the Spring and there is a non-
refundable test fee due on/before test day. (We use the A Beka Book
program; for more about A Beka Book, click here and follow the link,
"About A Beka Book.") - Third, the transfer of all required/requested information from previous
schools.
- If you receive written notice that your child has been accepted there is also a
non-refundable registration fee due before a student can be placed on the list.
